President Rodrigo Duterte known as one of the respectful people in the Philippines he doesn't want drugs in the Philippines as his promise on Filipino netizents he's going to find who's the leader of the drug lords in the Philippines.
Now Pres. Duterte Name the Top Police Official who's behind of the drug trade in the Philippines in his speech in Clark,Pampanga and the mention name of the police officials involved in the Illegal Drug trade is Gen. Vincent Loot, Gen. Bernardo Diaz, Gen. Marcelo Garbo, Joel Pagdilao from National Capital Region Police Office and Edgardo Tinio of the Quezon City Police District.
The two mention named Loot and Garbo are retired and the three left is still on the Active Duty. Watch the full video below.
